A Fox News expert controversially identified a significant decline in teen pregnancy rates (ages 15-19) as a major factor contributing to the overall decline in American fertility rates. The expert stated that the fertility rate for this age group is down 7% and 70% over the last two decades, attributing it to societal messaging that encourages young people to delay childbearing until they are more stable.

A Fox News expert stated, 'We still have 3.6 million births a year, but the problem is teens and and young adults. From ages 15 to 19, the fertility rate is down 7% and it's down 70% over the last two decades, meaning we're telling people that are young not to have babies, to wait till they're in a more stable life situation...'

The host and panelists argue that the conservative focus on declining fertility rates, particularly among white women, and anti-immigration policies are driven by a fear of losing white majority status. They connect this to historical patterns where American society relied on young girls getting pregnant and current efforts to 'slow down the inevitable' demographic shift to maintain white power and rule.

Roland Martin stated, 'America have been based upon young girls getting pregnant. Birthing babies. And what you've seen over the past 30 years, you've seen a dramatic focus on encouraging them not to.' He later added, 'I hope you now understand why this intensity, why you're seeing the reaction in public policy, because this is one of the reasons.' Reese Cober added, 'They don't want to see white people who are not procreating because in order to have white power, in order that they want white power, you need white people.'

This includes finalizing a Department of Homeland Security rule that restricts how discrimination can be penalized in federal grants by requiring 'clear evidence of intentional discrimination' rather than disparate impact. Additionally, efforts are underway to reframe minority banks and eliminate disadvantaged business enterprise programs, which disproportionately benefit white women over African-American businesses.

Roland Martin detailed a DHS rule that 'eliminates disparate impact liability under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.' He also mentioned efforts to 'reframe what is a minority deposit institution.'

The current state of many African nations, including internal conflicts and economic challenges, is directly linked to historical Western exploitation. The Berlin Conference of 1884-1885 arbitrarily carved up the continent, creating artificial borders that ignored ethnic and cultural realities, leading to ongoing conflicts. Western powers, including the U.S., also actively destabilized independent African nations, such as the assassination of Patrice Lumumba in Congo, to secure resource control, hindering their development.
