GOP Rep gets BOOED ON STAGE at TOWN HALL…IN NEBRASKA!!

Congressman Mike Flood faced intense questioning and booing at his Nebraska town hall regarding the delayed release of the Epstein files and his continued support for Donald Trump despite perceived moral failings. Constituents directly accused him and Trump's DOJ of complicity in covering up a child sex trafficking ring by not releasing millions of files, which were legally mandated to be released.

A constituent directly asked, 'Why do you continue to protect the pedophiles and Trump's DOJ as they continue to break the law?' after noting millions of Epstein files had not been released despite the Epstein Transparency Act being signed. Another questioned, 'How can your morals let you fall into like with Trump?'

Flood was challenged on Donald Trump's alleged $1.776 billion 'slush fund' from an IRS settlement, which was reportedly intended to benefit January 6th insurrectionists. Constituents questioned how this aligned with fiscal conservatism, especially alongside other taxpayer-funded projects like White House ballrooms and reflecting pool renovations.

A retired IRS attorney questioned, 'Todd Blanch, the acting attorney general, settled that case for $1.776 billion with an anti- um weaponization fund, which allows all those people on January 6 who broke into the capital to benefit from that fund... How is that fiscally conservative?' Flood responded, 'I do not think one penny of any fund should ever go to any January 6th insurrectionist.'

Rep. Flood expressed a strong personal opposition to medical marijuana, viewing it as a gateway to broader use and detrimental to communities, despite its legality in Nebraska. A constituent directly confronted him, accusing him of lying and presenting counter-evidence that senior cannabis use increased while child use decreased in legal states.

Flood stated, 'I have had a long-held opinion that um medical marijuana is the next step to everybody using marijuana... they tell me it's the worst thing they've ever seen happen in their home state.' A constituent retorted, 'I'm not going to let you lie to these people, okay? Cannabis is not going to kill you... senior use of cannabis skyrocketed when it's legal and child use down.'

Iowa State Representative Lindseay James highlighted a significant 'undeniable shift' in Iowa politics, where voters are re-evaluating their political choices due to severe financial hardships caused by current policies. She noted that 'MAGA policies' are forcing families to make 'impossible choices' between essential needs like rent, food, and medication.

James stated, 'Folks are thinking diff different about how they're voting and their politics. Um because folks are making impossible choices because of their financial realities which are a direct result of these harmful policies that we're seeing come from Washington DC.' She cited examples like 'pay for my rent or pay for my insulin medication.'
