Trump STUNNED as Federal Judges DOOM HIM!!!!

Former President Trump allegedly instigated a 'figurative war' on the federal judiciary, the Constitution, and the rule of law from his first day in office. He adds that 'the federal courts of the United States have struck down every single initiative of this president.'

In response to the perceived threats, an unprecedented, non-partisan group of 200-300 retired federal and state judges has mobilized to speak out and file amicus briefs in defense of the Constitution. Luttig describes leading 'this very loose group of former federal and state judges numbering 2 to 300' who 'wanted for a year and a half now to speak out from their retirements in defense of the Constitution of the United States and the rule of law in America.' He emphasizes, 'It's never ever has anything like this occurred in the 250 years of of of America's history.'

The proposed 'slush fund' — an effort to compensate former President Trump, his family, and allies for their involvement in January 6, 2021 — served as a critical turning point. This initiative, perceived as a brazen attempt to reward unlawful and unconstitutional acts at taxpayer expense, was widely understood by the American public as corrupt. This public realization marked 'the beginning of the end' for Trump's political influence, triggering a 'revolt' among ordinary citizens and even beginning to erode his MAGA base.

Luttig states that Trump's effort to create 'this slush fund to compensate him and his family and his allies and supporters on January 6, 2021, that was the final straw for Americans.' He asserts, 'Americans saw that as the final straw. They understood that at that point that was a corrupt effort by the President of the United States at the taxpayers' expense to compensate himself royally for his unlawful, illegal, and unconstitutional acts.'

The Supreme Court's legitimacy and public approval have plummeted due to its own decisions and practices, particularly the ruling granting former President Trump absolute immunity for 'official acts' and its extensive use of the 'shadow docket.' The immunity decision, unprecedented in 250 years of legal history, and the 'shadow docket' (issuing orders without written explanation to stay lower court decisions) are seen as enabling Trump's 'lawless, unconstitutional conduct' and inflicting wounds from which the Court 'ought not ever recover.'

Luttig attributes the 'plummeting' approval of the Supreme Court 'directly to the Supreme Court itself and to nothing else.' He specifically cites its decision in 'Trump versus United States giving this president absolute immunity for virtually any crime that he would ever could ever commit against the Constitution' and its use of the 'shadow docket' in '24 instances to pursue his palpably lawless, unconstitutional conduct without a single written word of explanation or reasoning.'
