She is accused of not understanding or upholding the rule of law, acting as a 'paradigm perfect judge' for Trump by following his implied orders.

Aileen Cannon might be the paradigm perfect judge for him... she just follows orders perfectly. She was a newbie. She'd barely had 50 or so trial hours under her belt and suggested that it be reassigned to another judge and she according to reports refused.

This mechanism allows the court to issue 'magisterial authoritative opinions' or reverse lower court decisions with 'one sentence or one paragraph' and 'no explanation,' thereby undermining the rule of law which requires detailed reasoning.

Supreme Court justices who no longer operate that way. They operate like they are an adjunct of the Republican National Committee. You've got judges who are rendering these magisterial authoritative opinions... and then they're reversed with one sentence or one paragraph in the shadow docket with no explanation.
