I don't necessarily think this is about 2020... This is happening at the same time Trump is trying to pass the SAVE Act... Donald Trump knows that he is not right now set up in a strong position politically... He fears that Democrats will take control of Congress. And that means that they will investigate him... So, he's going to pull out all the stops to try to rig the 2026 election.
