Ohio Woman Recorded Child Sex Video on Her Phone

The case against Haley Campbell began with a referral from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force in July 2024. The tip involved a video depicting a woman performing a sex act while a child slept in the same bed. Detectives traced the video to an apartment in Xenia, Ohio, and identified 23-year-old Haley Campbell. By August, a grand jury indicted her on four counts, leading to her arrest and a $100,000 bond.

Annette Levy states, 'In July of 2024, Zenaia police got a referral from IAC. That's the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The tip, someone had uploaded a video, and that video showed a woman performing a sex act while a child slept in the same bed. Detectives traced that video to an apartment in Zena and then to a 23-year-old woman named Haley Campbell.'

From the outset of her interrogation, Haley Campbell claimed she was forced to make the explicit videos. She alleged her boyfriend held a .45 caliber gun to her mouth and threatened to kill her or her sister if she did not comply. Campbell also stated that her boyfriend's phone contained numerous child pornography videos, which she discovered when she suspected him of cheating.

Haley states, 'But I were I was forced to.' The host adds, 'She was allegedly forced to. And according to Haley, the person forcing her, she claims it was her own boyfriend.' Later, Haley explicitly states, 'He put that 45 in my mouth and told me if I don't do it, take my life or take my sister or even possibly come.'

During the interrogation, the detective inquired about the devices used to record the videos. Campbell confirmed the videos were made on an Android phone, not her current iPhone. She explained that her old Android was broken, and her previous Gmail account, where older content was backed up, was deleted. She also disclosed that her current iPhone and iCloud account were primarily used for her OnlyFans content, but denied the explicit case videos were on it.

Detective asks, 'the video that we've seen you were using Android.' Campbell responds, 'Uhhuh. Okay. That's all backed up to my Gmail account, but my Gmail account's deleted because active.' She later adds, 'The only thing I use that for is my only fans.'

Detectives informed Campbell they were in the process of obtaining a search warrant for her apartment. They offered her the option to consent to an immediate search to expedite the process. Campbell initially refused, stating she preferred to wait for the official warrant, primarily due to concerns about her dog and wanting to be present.

Detective states, 'we're going to do a search warrant of your apartment... Would you give us consent to go search your apartment?' Campbell replies, 'Yeah, as long as I'm there because my dog... I don't being... What kind of dog?' She later explicitly says, 'Yeah' when asked if she prefers to wait on the search warrant.

On October 16, 2025, Haley Campbell pleaded no contest to one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor. On January 15, 2026, she was sentenced to 10 to 13.5 years in prison and designated a Tier 2 sex offender. Crucially, public records show no charges were ever filed against the boyfriend whom Campbell accused of coercion, threats, and possessing child pornography.
