Rubio explained that preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons is critical because a nuclear-armed Iran could close the Strait of Hormuz, causing massive global energy price spikes and holding the world hostage. The US administration concluded 'Epic Fury' (military action) and initiated 'Project Freedom' (negotiations) to address Iran's enriched uranium, which is buried in various locations.

Rubio stated, 'If Iran had a nuclear weapon and they decided to close the straits and make our gas prices like $9 a gallon or $8 a gallon, we wouldn't be able to do anything about it.' He confirmed, 'Epic Fury is president notified Congress. We're done with that stage of it. Okay, we're now on to this project of freedom.' He also mentioned negotiations are addressing 'what happens to this material that's buried deep somewhere that they have still have access to.'

The host heavily criticized the NYC Mayor for vetoing bill 175B, which would have established buffer zones around synagogues, churches, and mosques. Rubin interprets this action as enabling 'maximum chaos' and 'modern pogroms,' particularly targeting Jewish communities, and attributes it to the Mayor's 'Islamist communist' ideology.

Rubin states, 'Zamboni, the Islamist communist in charge of New York City right now, he just vetoed a bill 175B which would have allowed for buffer zones outside of synagogues, churches, mosques, etc., places of worship.' He added, 'He wants this madness particularly at synagogues.'

The NYC Mayor's 'pied-à-terre tax' on luxury properties owned by non-full-time residents, specifically targeting figures like Citadel CEO Ken Griffin, is causing wealthy individuals and businesses to relocate from New York to states like Florida, which are perceived as more business-friendly and supportive of personal freedom.

The Mayor's video explicitly targeted Ken Griffin's penthouse, stating, 'This is an annual fee on luxury properties worth more than $5 million whose owners do not live full-time in the city. Like for this penthouse, which hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin bought for $238 million.' Ken Griffin subsequently stated, 'Miami is now... unquestionably true that we made the right choice' to move from Chicago, and that the Mayor's actions 'made clear to my partners... that we need to double down on our bet in Miami.'

Dr. Oz revealed that one in three hospices in America are located in Los Angeles, with at least half of them believed to be fraudulent. This massive fraud involves doctors selling their licenses and dishonestly claiming people are dying to bill Medicare, indicating a systemic issue of 'structural corruption' where agencies responsible for program integrity have been gutted.

Dr. Oz stated, 'One in three hospices in America are in Los Angeles. Not California, LA. One in three.' He continued, 'we believe that at least half of those are fraudulent. This is massive fraud. Now, we've already delisted 450 hospices.' He also noted, 'running the agency that's in charge of program integrity, they gutted the system. We have six people left working deliberately. It's cor. It's just corruption. It's ongoing. I would call it structural corruption.'
