Seyed M. Marandi: Yemen Enters the War - US-Israeli Strikes on Energy Sites Spark IRAN’S RETALIATION

Following alleged US-Israeli strikes on Iranian energy and nuclear facilities, Iran has initiated a severe, multi-front retaliation. Professor Marandi states Iran is striking key infrastructure in 'occupied Palestine' and five Persian Gulf regimes: the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. He argues these regimes are 'utterly complicit' by providing funding, airspace, land, bases, and port access, without which the US cannot wage war. Iran views their claims of neutrality as insulting.

Marandi cites Iran's prior retaliation against Qatar's gas installations and Saudi/Emirati oil assets after an Israeli strike on the South Pars gas field. He states that Iran's response will be 'twofold, threefold, four-fold' compared to what it receives.

Marandi states, 'If this continues, Iran will continue and ultimately if we go down this road, if the Israelis push, that will lead to the complete destruction of oil and gas assets across the Persian Gulf.'

The guest contends that Western powers consistently underestimate Iran's resilience and the capabilities of its 'axis of resistance' allies (Hezbollah, Yemen, Iraqi resistance).
