During their meeting, an alleged Navy intelligence operative gave Zabel a folded paper containing symbols and what appeared to be an equation, claiming it held the 'secrets of the universe: sound, light, and frequency.' The same operative also implied active moon mining operations by displaying a vial of gold flakes.
