The host asserts that President Biden's decision to allow 'millions of people unsupervised to come into the United States' is the 'genesis' of the Minneapolis incident, leading to criminal elements and necessitating federal enforcement actions like the ICE operation.

O'Reilly states, 'you allow millions of people unsupervised to come into the United States, you're going to have a criminal element come in and they're going to kill people, which they have.' He calls it 'probably the worst presidential decision of all time.'

States and cities designated as 'sanctuary' jurisdictions, particularly Minneapolis, are accused of 'rebellion' against federal law by refusing to cooperate with immigration enforcement, even for criminal migrants.
