Joe Rogan Experience #2454 - Robert Malone, MD

Dr. Malone's early work on mRNA technology in the late 1980s encountered significant problems, primarily severe inflammation and the inability to localize the mRNA to the injection site. The product was also difficult to manufacture and did not provide prolonged expression levels in animal models (mice and monkeys).

Malone states, 'In my hands it was inflammation primarily. It was also you the it was absolutely not localizable... it was incredibly inflammatory. It didn't give long um levels long prolonged levels of expression. It was hard to make.' He abandoned it for vaccine development due to unacceptable risk in animals.

Malone was initially told by colleagues, including Peter Cullis (a key figure in lipid nanoparticle development), that the distribution problem of mRNA had been solved, and the vaccine would remain localized to the injection site and draining lymph nodes. This assertion was a factor in his decision to get vaccinated.

Rogan asks if he was told it wouldn't leave the injection site, and Malone confirms, 'Yeah. And I and I called uh my colleagues uh um at University of British Columbia... and he said that they had solved the problems of the distribution that now when you injected it, it would stay local.'

Malone's team, working with the DoD, identified a combination of famotidine, celecoxib, and ivermectin as potential treatments for COVID-19. Despite securing significant funding and proposing cutting-edge clinical trials for these licensed drugs, the FDA repeatedly rejected the applications, demanding cell culture tests for ivermectin's antiviral activity before proceeding, ultimately leading to the removal of ivermectin from the DoD trials.

Malone states, 'We submitted initial drug applications for using this combination of licensed drugs, well-known licensed drugs, and the FDA just dug in um again and again rejected the application... So in the end the DoD caved and they dropped the ivormectin component.'

Malone explains 'mass formation psychosis' (or mass formation hypothesis, coined by Matias Desmet) as a state where socially isolated and anxious individuals become highly vulnerable to manipulation. A leader can offer a unifying solution to their pain, leading to an intense attachment to that leader and a willingness to follow their edicts, often at the expense of critical thinking and horizontal social connections. This phenomenon was allegedly leveraged during the pandemic.

Malone describes it: 'When people... become disassociated from society and from each other they become extremely vulnerable to manipulation... A leader can come into that environment and basically say, I have the solution to your pain, your psychological pain.'

Modern psychology has been intentionally weaponized, particularly in the context of 'fifth-generation warfare' or psychological warfare. This involves using digital tools, nudge technology, and AI to control information, thought, perception, and emotions. This capability, initially developed by UK and US intelligence for counter-insurgency, was allegedly deployed by governments against their own citizens, enabled in the US by a 2015 Obama presidential directive.

Malone states, 'Modern psychology has been weaponized. It's been intentionally weaponized in the context of military activities... we haven't had the digital world, we haven't had modern psychology, we haven't had nudge technology... that allow the control of information thought um perception feelings, emotions.' He cites Obama's 2015 executive order.

A House report documented that Coca-Cola complained to the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM), an organization created by the World Economic Forum that controls advertising, to pressure Spotify to censor Joe Rogan after Malone's initial appearance. This suggests a direct link between corporate interests (Coca-Cola's ties to the CDC and its desire to avoid sugar restrictions) and censorship efforts against dissenting narratives.

Malone details, 'CocaCola Corporation to complain to the Global Alliance for Responsible Media... to put pressure on Spotify. So Spotify gets the message from Garm that we're going to we're threatening to pull your advertising.' He links Coca-Cola's motivation to its funding of the CDC Foundation and its interest in avoiding WHO restrictions on sugar.

The current vaccine business model, particularly for products on the pediatric schedule, offers manufacturers immense financial benefits with virtually no risk. Once a vaccine is licensed and added to the 'Vaccines for Children' (VFC) program, manufacturers receive guaranteed purchasing, distribution, and marketing (via CDC propaganda), all paid for by taxpayers, while being indemnified from legal liability for adverse events.

Malone explains, 'You now have no legal liability. You have guaranteed purchasing, distribution, and marketing because the CDC does all the propaganda... and it's in many cases it's school district level... you end up in this situation where you as the manufacturer get your product on the market... guaranteed profit, full indemnification.'

A laboratory in Spain, collaborating with the USDA, was conducting gain-of-function research to develop a vaccine for African Swine Fever. In November, numerous dead wild hogs were found around the facility, which is located in an area dense with wild hog populations. This incident, not widely covered by US media, severely impacted the Spanish pork industry due to trade barriers from China, mirroring the alleged Wuhan lab leak scenario.

Malone details, 'This laboratory in Spain is cooperating with the USDA to try to develop a new vaccine for African swine fever. And in doing so... engage in... building recominant viruses... then last November... wild hogs dead all over around this facility.' He notes China's immediate trade restrictions.

The development of artificial wombs is rapidly advancing, with a lamb already grown 'de novo' in such a system. This technology, combined with CRISPR gene editing and affordable whole-genome sequencing, opens the door to 'custom-built humans' and potential organ harvesting from clones, raising profound ethical questions about human development, identity, and the 'demonic' implications of convenience-driven biotechnology.

Malone states, 'They already have a lamb that they have grown denovo in an artificial womb. We're we're there.' He connects this to 'Gattaca' and the ability to 'do genetic modification of a very small number of cells and then grow a fetus from that.'
